About the Kid: Beginning with Asian Drum and Bass, Reggaeton, and Meren-Rap songs into his late '90s house party sets, The Incredible Kid built his reputation igniting Portland dance floors with the incendiary urban sounds of international dance music. For almost a decade, The Kid with DJ Anjali are igniting dancing masses with bhangra and Bollywood happenings in Portland, known as Andaz Night. The Incredible Kid, Anjali and E3 initiated the international urban beats scene in 2001 when they co-founded the still-thriving club night Atlas in November of 2003. The Kid w/ Anjali headlined a sold-out “Basement Bhangra” night, 2004 in NYC, headlined the 2007 Vancouver International Bhangra Celebration and the 2009 Vancouver Queer Film Festival, Vancouver BC. For 5 years, The Incredible Kid and DJ Anjali have hosted a wildly diverse show on KBOO, Portland, now every Tuesday evening from 10pm to midnight.
