Music started to become an important piece of Brian's life when he was 10, as he enjoyed the healthy variety of styles his foster siblings were exposing him to, and witnessed the passion his mother had in her piano playing. He began college at the young age of 15, where he would achieve an Associate's degree in music, then went on to receive a certificate for composing at the Pacific NW Film Scoring Program in Seattle.
