Born in 1966, Alejandro started painting at age 10. He began academic studies in 1985 Wisconsin and Arizona in the cultural exchange program. He Graduated in 1990 with a Bachelors in Graphic Design, Autonomous University of Guadalajara. Ceballos lives and works in Portland today. He has had dozens of solo shows and festival exhibitions in Mexico and the Northwest, to name a few: La Salle University; El Bodegón Cultural Center; Teatro Milagro (Miracle Theatre); Interstate Firehouse Cultural Center; Oregon Council for Hispanic Advancement; Disjecta; City Hall, Office of Sam Adams; Alamos Cultural Festival; Gallery Puerto Buy Arte; Itchy Fingers Gallery; Raindance Gallery; Center of Modern Art, Guadalajara; Fresh Fruit Gallery; Umbra Penumbra Summer Collective; Lara Sidney Gallery with Michele Russo; Gallery Seven; Washington State University, Vancouver.
